Road ID is a medical alert tag that is designed to be worn during athletic activity. I chose the Shoe ID but it is also available as a bracelet, an anklet, a necklace, and even a collar tag for dogs. I decided to get one so that I don't have to carry my driver's license with me, it will have my name, year of birth, 2 emergency contacts w/ phone numbers, my allergies, and the fact that I am banded.
