Found a Rainbow

This post will close the annoying billing/insurance chapter in my Lap-band journey.

In starting to prepare our tax return I discovered that we paid out enough to qualify for the medical expenses deduction. I have spent the last several hours printing documentation from our insurance co's website, along with digging up receipts from the dentist and eyeglass clinic. It looks like it's going to reduce our taxable income by about $4k.

In a way the clinic kind of did my a favor by screwing me over the way they did. So there, I WIN!
