Ice Bath Update

I started filling the tub. I got undressed. I started shivering. I chickened out and took a hot shower instead. At the end I turned on just the cold water and sprayed just my knees with the  detachable shower head for probably a minute each. Then I dressed warmly and made myself a huge cup of hot coffee. It took me a couple of hours to warm up completely. Maybe next time....
